All enterprise products can be accessed via the internet
Cloud Server does not have to offer web-based access. This feature is available in all Cloud Server products. Remote users can connect from clientless endpoints to the desktop environment using any HTML-enabled browser.
New Cloud Server
Cloud Server can now be extended browser-based access to additional products. This allows us to reposition it with a new feature set. Cloud Server is a NoMachine server and foreign host connection broker and sits at top of the NoMachine product hierarchy. It consolidates all NoMachine servers and provides central access to all NoMachine servers.
Product families that are more efficient
Linux virtual desktop is now available only to the Linux Terminal Server group with Enterprise Terminal Server at its helm. This replaces Cloud Server for Linux version 5 and Enterprise Server. Enterprise Terminal Server provides load-balancing for Terminal Server Nodes, failover, and the added bonus of browser-based accessibility.
Cloud Server can now be used as a server by standalone Workstation and Terminal Server products starting in version 6. Customers who used either these products in version 5 or earlier as NoMachine nodes have the option of replacing them with Terminal Server Nodes. Enterprise Desktop will continue to offer remote desktop access on Linux and Windows, as well as function as a Cloud Server server.
