The story takes place in the Kingdom of Avalon, where players control emperors and empresses from the Varennes royal family. Long ago, seven powerful warriors called the Seven Heroes saved the world from great danger. Now the Seven Heroes have returned to the world, but they are no longer the good people they once were. Time and banishment have turned them into evil beings who want to destroy everything. The current emperor must fight against these former heroes to protect the kingdom and its people.

The game spans many generations of rulers. When one emperor dies, the next ruler takes over through special inheritance magic. This magic passes down all the knowledge, skills, and memories from the previous rulers to the new emperor. This way, each new ruler knows what happened before and can continue the fight against the Seven Heroes. Players start as King Leon, then play as his son Gerard, and then many other rulers who come after them. The battle against the Seven Heroes takes hundreds of years to complete, which is why multiple generations must work together to win.

This is a turn-based RPG where players take turns in battles against enemies. Players can move around the game world freely and explore different areas without following a set path. The game world changes and grows as players complete missions and expand their empire.
