You play as Mr. Prepper, a man living in a country that was once known for freedom but has now changed under a new government. The authorities demand complete obedience, and those who refuse to follow orders simply disappear. Mr. Prepper has decided he will not accept this life and wants to escape from this oppressive rule. To do this secretly, he must build an underground shelter beneath his house and construct a special machine that will help him leave the country. However, he is constantly watched by the Agency, a secret police force that monitors citizens. You must help Mr. Prepper gather materials, maintain his normal life above ground, and build his escape plan below ground without getting caught by government agents who perform surprise inspections.

This is a base-building and resource management game where you dig underground rooms beneath your house to create a bunker. You control when and where to build new rooms by adjusting their size and connecting them with ladders. Building rooms gives you dirt that can be turned into soil for farming. You must manage Mr. Prepper’s basic needs like hunger, thirst, and tiredness throughout the day. During the day, you can go outside to explore nearby locations like forests and mines to scavenge for materials such as wood, stone, and metal. You can also trade with your neighbors by giving them items they want in exchange for things you need. At night, you work in your underground shelter away from suspicious eyes. You use workbenches to turn raw materials into useful machines and tools. These include greenhouses for growing food, generators for electricity, water pumps, and various production machines.
