Monster Lover: Balasque Story

The main character gets tricked by scammers who force him to turn his father’s museum into an upscale rage room. His father built this museum, and it was very important to him. Now these scammers are destroying his father’s legacy by breaking all the valuable items inside. The scammers have done terrible things in the past and continue hurting people.

The main character feels desperate and has nowhere to turn for help. In his desperation, he finds an old museum artifact that is connected to an ancient demon. He decides to try summoning the demon even though he does not really believe it will work. To his surprise, the demon Balasque actually appears. Balasque is a vengeance demon who is ready to help the main character get revenge on the scammers. However, Balasque also takes a romantic interest in the person who summoned him. The main character must now deal with having a powerful demon who wants both vengeance and romance. The story follows their relationship as they work together to handle the scammers and discover their feelings for one another.

This is a visual novel where you read text and make decisions during important moments. You can name the main character yourself at the start of the game. The game has 50,000 words of story content to read. As you play, you make dialogue selections that affect how the relationship with Balasque develops. You must decide how to handle the scammers who destroyed the museum. The game includes decisions about revenge, such as whether to punish all three scammers or show mercy to some of them. These decisions have consequences that change later events. The game has nine different possible endings based on your actions. However, there are no bad endings in the game. You can save your progress and load previous saves to try different options. The game includes voice acting for the demon character Balasque. Background music plays during scenes.
