The core idea of this game is simple — the player types any word into the Anomalous Coffee Machine, and the machine produces a cup of liquid based on that word. The liquid can represent anything the player types, whether it is a common item like coffee or water, or something impossible like the universe or darkness. Once the cup is ready, the mysterious girl drinks it and reacts based on what was given to her. Her reaction changes depending on the word chosen — she may smile, change her appearance in strange ways, or transform into something very unusual. There are no set objectives. The player is free to type whatever word comes to mind and watch what happens.

The game contains over 700 words that the machine can respond to, each producing a different result. There are more than 600 unique transformations that the mysterious girl can go through, along with over 200 animated scenes. Many of the transformations are strange and bizarre, ranging from minor changes to completely surreal body changes. Some scenes contain adult content.
The entire game, including all assets and code, was built by a single developer over nearly nine months. The game includes Steam Achievements, Steam Trading Cards, and Steam Cloud saves. Family Sharing is also enabled. The game is available in three languages: English, Russian, and Simplified Chinese. It is playable on Windows PC only.
