Idol Hands Story
The player is a former premier entertainment agent who fell into debt and was forced to declare bankruptcy. After hitting rock bottom, he runs into Uesugi Wakari, a rising idol who was recently kicked out of her girl group after a private video was accidentally leaked online. The two agree to work together — the player becomes Wakari’s new agent, and together they work to rebuild her career from nothing. The player also needs to earn enough money to pay back a large multi-million dollar debt. As they live and work together, their relationship becomes more personal over time.
Idol Hands Gameplay
The player is given a total of half a year to manage Wakari’s career. Every day is split into three time periods: Morning, Afternoon, and Night. During each period, the player selects from a set of daily activities for Wakari: Talk, Stream, Class, Go Out, Sex, Change, or Rest. Selecting Class raises Wakari’s abilities, while streaming and going out earns money and raises her public profile. As her abilities increase, Wakari can take on more advanced and better-paying jobs. The career path is not fixed — based on how the player manages her time and stats, Wakari can end up as a singer, a movie star, a company representative, a politician, an adult film actress, or an adult streamer.

The game includes more than 30 video scenes and over 400 photos. More than 20 outfits are available for Wakari to wear, and these can be changed at any time. The adult scenes include detailed movement animation. Full Chinese voice acting is included for the adult scenes.
