After this event, alchemy became known as dangerous and forbidden. Yumia Liessfeldt is a young alchemist who lost her mother in an accident three years ago. She learned that she comes from a family of alchemists. Yumia wants to know why the empire was destroyed, why alchemy became forbidden, and whether alchemy is truly evil. She travels to the fallen continent to find answers about these mysteries and discover the lost history of the empire.

The game is played from a third-person view in an open field environment. You can explore the continent freely in all directions. You collect materials from the field to create items using alchemy. The combat happens in real-time, where you fight enemies with your party members. You can switch between two attack ranges that change your available skills. Items you create can be used as weapons, like swords and spears, during battles. You can reuse items multiple times. The synthesis feature lets you create new items by manipulating mana from ingredients. The items you make can help with exploration and combat. You can also use Simple Synthesis to create tools while exploring. The game has a Building feature where you can construct bases and decorate them with furniture.
