The game is set in the year 2095, where robot billionaires have taken control of the world, and humans have merged with the internet into a new type of being. In this future, MAN and INTERNET have merged into a new being. This being needs DOPAMINE every 10 SECONDS, or else it will DIE! Players control Jack Banhammer, who works as a Moderator and must fight through floors of enemies to survive. The story has a cyberpunk theme with 80s and 90s anime influence throughout the game.

Players have only ten seconds of life at any time, and this time reduces faster when taking damage from enemies.
