Haunting Havens is an adult stealth and action game developed and published by Ayup Games LLC. The game was released on May 9, 2025, as an Early Access title on PC for Windows. It is an indie casual adventure and simulation game that is currently still being updated with more content, including a full Story Mode that is planned for future release.

Haunting Havens Story
In Haunting Havens, the player takes on the role of a professional ghost hunter who is hired to deal with a group of trouble-causing succubi haunting a large mansion. All other hunters and exorcists who were sent before have failed and were taken in by the succubi. As the last available person for the job, the player must complete the mission or face getting fired. The goal is to subdue all the succubi in the mansion without getting caught. The upcoming Story Mode promises to expand the game further, taking the player to new haunted locations where they will encounter new supernatural beings.
Haunting Havens Gameplay
The game is played from a first-person view as the player moves around a haunted mansion at night. In the current Arcade Mode, the player must manage money earned each night to buy tools from an in-game shop that help with subduing the succubi. The player must also keep their sanity level up, because if it drops too low, the succubi will catch them. Getting caught leads to adult scenes with the supernatural enemies. Planning and smart use of shop items are key to getting through each night before 4:00 A.M.

The game currently features succubi characters like Morgana and Seraphine, who act as the main supernatural figures in the mansion. The shop lets players buy useful items and tools that can also unlock special bonus encounters. The game supports multiple languages, including English, German, Spanish, Japanese, and Portuguese. Voice acting is also part of the game’s production. Ayup Games continues to update the game, with a full Story Mode planned to bring more locations, more characters, and a complete adventure experience to players.
