God of War is a thriller action-adventure game developed by Santa Monica Studio and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The game was released on PlayStation 4 on April 2018 and on Windows on Jan 2022. The game God of War is the 8th sequel to the God of War series.

Incredible Gameplay

The Game God of War was based on the third-person perspective. The game features a fixed cinematic camera that is a dimensional side scroller. The game was presented in a continuous short; it has no camera cuts like its previous edition, Ascension, which introduces the multiplayer mode. Unlike other games, the players in this game unlock various features. They could swim, and players use boar to jump freely at any time on the rock face or ledge. In the game, you will jump freely at any time and battle against the Norse mythological foes like dark elves and drawers.

God of War: Sales

During the release week of God of War Game in the United Kingdom. The game has become the fastest-selling video game. The game’s biggest achievement is that it remained at the top of the charts for 2 months. The game sold 46,091 units in its first week of sale in Japan and sold over 3.1 million units worldwide within 3 days of its release. In total, the game sold over 5 million units in its first month and sold over 10 million units worldwide.

God of War: Protagonists

The game has a protagonist, Kratos, and his son, Atreus. Kratos belonged to Sparta, a Greek God; he had a son, Zeus. In the game, Scandinavia follows his war against Olympus. In the game, he met his second wife, Laufey. He dies from an unknown cause shortly before the start of the game.

In the game, Atreum didn’t know about Karto’s past his divine nature and thoughts. Besides these protagonists there are antagonists, such as the Aesir god Baldyr. He is Thor’s half-brother, the son of Modi and Magni. In the game, another god named Baldur, Odin’s partner, and Vanir, the goddess, the former queen of Valkyries. The other character is Mimir, who claims to be the smartest of the Greek gods. He makes a cameo appearance, and Zeus appears in the illusion of Kratos Helheim.

My Personal Review

It’s incredible that we have expectations with the game. Yes, when it comes to our expectations, I think it’s a delight to play the game. Before playing, I watched a bunch of videos last night. People who played the game absolutely love the game. The characters in the game are the same, and nothing changes at the same time.

God of War: Development

Development of the game God of War began in 2014. Barlog said that the game was in early development in 2016, but in 2016, the game lost some parts because of the leaked parts. In the sequel of The God of War, we get Kratos to eliminate the Greek gods.

If we compared the game to its original God of War that was released on 2005 then we found that the game is more excited to play then its latter sequels.
